We endeavour to process orders within 1-2 working days upon payment confirmation. Orders are not dispatched on bank holidays and weekends. After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation Whatsapp message and details of payment instructions.

For any changes to your order please Whatsapp us (+852 5281 2547) quoting your name and order reference.

Out of stock items

To assure that our tea bags are of the best quality, our professional herbalists always process the herbs under the best conditions, such as the ideal temperature, humidity, herbs quality, etc, so sometimes, some of our teabags are temporarily out of stocks. If your chosen tea bags are out of stock at that moment (does not happen all the time), we will notify you shortly after you have placed your order and replace the out of stocks teabags with other teabags that you would like to try! If you are willing to wait for the restock of these teabags, we will also inform you of the estimated arrival time of them so you can decide whether to wait for them or not. So please do not worry about anything as we will try our best to make sure you receive the teabags that you need.

We accept Credit Card, Payme, bank transfer, FPS, or Alipay.

Return & refund

Cha Addicts Only cannot accept exchanges or returns at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping

We offer the following delivery services:

-Standard Delivery (limited to Hong Kong only)

With the exception of specifically listed promotions on the website, the delivery policy is listed below.

-Free Standard Shipping with every order over HKD1000 (after discount is applied).

-HKD30 delivery fee will be charged for Standard Shipping order below HKD1000 (after discount is applied).

-HKD25 additional fee will be charged for standard shipping to outlying islands.

Areas in service

-Standard Delivery Service is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and Outlying Islands.

-P.O Box is not accepted as shipping address.

-Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer when placing their order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, customer needs to place a separate order for each address.

Estimated Delivery Time

The shipment will be ready and arrive at the shipping address in 1-4 business days upon confirmation of payment.

International Shipping

We know tea addicts are all over the world. We are happy to help our international cha addicts to check the shipping costs:)

Absolutely no information posted to our website or entered into a sales form is disclosed to any third party company other than for the purposes of credit card purchase validation, fulfillment for order delivery, marketing and promotion. We will use this information internally, and do not share any consumer data.
